Harbor Point

Harbor Point, a 1.8 million square foot development is bordered by Harbor East and historic Fells Point, successfully underwent a 20-year, $100 million environmental remediation capping the site in preparation for future development.

Phase 1, currently under construction, includes a 277,000 square foot, 7-story office building and a 280-unit, 250,000 square foot apartment building. The office building is currently 50% leased by Morgan Stanley with an option to lease the entire building. The apartments are efficiency units that will be priced competitively for the marketplace. Both buildings will go through the LEED certification process to obtain a LEED Silver rating.

Total buildout for Harbor Point will feature 840,000 square feet of office, 75,000 square feet of ground level retail, 550 residential units, 530 hotel rooms, 2,800 parking spaces, and 11 acres of Public Park and waterfront promenade.
